A Note About Price Differences with Intensives

A Focused Intensive is designed to deliver real clarity and movement on a single pattern within a condensed, structured window, rather than spreading the work over months of weekly sessions. Current clients can use this to break through a stall or do a deeper dive at points throughout our work. New clients can utilize one or several intensives to deeply explore a focused topic.

This is a strong fit for current clients needing a deeper dive into a focused area, or new clients who are busy professionals who can't reliably find an hour every two weeks. Still, you know exactly what you want to look at: exhaustion, relationship patterns showing up in your life, a sense you've lost yourself, and you want to understand it thoroughly and leave with a clear next step.

This is not a replacement for ongoing therapy if you need it, and it's not a crisis intervention. It's a focused, contained piece of work on one thing. Current clients can discuss this option in session. New clients can complete a screening intake, so we can ensure this format is the right fit, clinically and practically, before we begin. The fee includes pre-session intake review and a brief written summary of key insights and next steps following our time together.

You'll notice two different Intensive prices, one for current clients and one for new clients. This reflects what's actually involved in each. The Focused Intensive for new or non-current clients includes a screening intake, a clinical review of your specific focus area, and a written summary afterward- additional steps that ensure this format is a good fit before we begin. The Integration Intensive is available to clients I already work with regularly, where that groundwork is already in place. Both are priced to reflect the time, care and clinical preparation involved.
